Because I want to make each photography experience as easy and enjoyable as possible, J Bagwell Photography enforces the following policies for all sessions.
Deposits
All deposits are non refundable, but transferable if rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment. Rescheduled credits must be applied within 60 days of original appointment.
During Your Session
Please be on time. Clients arriving later than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be charged a $10 late fee, or their session may be cancelled.
No personal photography is allowed during the session. Personal photography is very distracting to the subject(s) as well as the photographer.
Retouching
All images will be professionally edited and retouched. Basic retouching includes skin smoothing, cropping, color correcting, teeth whitening, and small blemish removal.
Please understand that basic retouching does NOT include things such as changing of hair color, weight reduction, or digitally applying makeup.
Receiving Your Images
Your images will be emailed to you in a link. You can download all of your high quality images via the link provided. Be sure to download your images within 10 business days. After 10 days, the link will expire and you will no longer be able to access your photos. There will be a $10 charge to reload the images onto a new link after the 10 days have expired. Please note that I do not keep images past 90 days.
Please understand that J Bagwell Photography retains the copyright to all images produced.
Re-shoot Policy
My goal as a photographer is to make you happy and excited about your photographs. There is no charge for re-shoots due to technical issues (equipment malfunction, computer malfunction, etc) or if the photographer feels as if the images are not up to the standard of their portfolio. However, due to the limited nature of what I do, I cannot offer free re-shoots for any reason due to client regret over wardrobe, facial expressions, hair, wind or other items beyond my control. Re-shoot must be scheduled within 2 weeks of receiving the previous sessions gallery.
